Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Top Level Renovation, Inc. is fully licensed and insured in New Jersey, Home Improvement Contractor #13VH08577300, and BBB Accredited.
Who will I actually deal with during the project?
One dedicated project manager coordinates every trade and every inspection, and keeps you posted, usually by group text with our office and design team. You'll always know what's happening and what's next.
Do you help with design and selections?
Yes. Our in-house design team helps with layout, cabinetry, tile, fixtures and finishes, so everything is chosen and ordered before demo day.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
It depends on size, layout changes and finishes, so we give you a free, written estimate after an in-home consult. Tell us your budget range in the form below and we'll design to it.
Do I need to move out?
Usually not. We protect floors and close off work areas, and the site is cleaned at the end of every day. For whole-home projects we'll plan the phases with you.
Which towns do you serve?
